1. Prototype scope
UnionFolio is an independent product prototype. The website currently provides product information, an allocation preview, a waitlist, and an optional Robinhood Chain mainnet connection. It does not execute trades, custody assets, operate a brokerage, or provide access to live investment products.
2. Eligibility
You may use the site only where doing so is lawful. Do not use the prototype to violate sanctions, financial regulation, intellectual property rights, or another person’s rights. Production eligibility and geographic availability have not been determined.
3. No advice or offer
Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Illustrative allocations, charts, models, and asset categories are educational product examples—not quotes, recommendations, solicitations, or offers to buy or sell anything.
4. Mainnet wallet connection
The wallet feature requests account access and a switch to Robinhood Chain mainnet. Mainnet assets and ETH can have real value. This interface only reads the selected account and its native balance; it does not request a transaction, signature, token approval, or deposit. No UnionFolio strategy contract is deployed or connected.
5. Third-party systems
Your wallet, Robinhood Chain, Robinhood market APIs, TradingView widgets, RPC endpoints, explorers, issuers, and other data providers are third-party systems governed by their own terms. UnionFolio does not control their availability, security, accuracy, timing, or continued operation.
6. Acceptable use
Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, automate abusive requests, bypass access controls, submit malicious code, impersonate others, or interfere with the site or its users. We may restrict access to protect the prototype.
7. Intellectual property
The UnionFolio name, visual system, product copy, and interface are protected to the extent permitted by law. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. No affiliation with Robinhood is claimed.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The prototype is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnionFolio disclaims warranties and is not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content, wallet or network use, wallet software, network failures, security incidents, or third-party services.
9. Changes and final terms
These draft terms may change as the product develops. A production launch requires a legal entity, governing law, dispute process, contact channel, product-specific disclosures, and jurisdictional review. Those details are intentionally not invented here.
